Product development

Once proofed, the feasibility analysis opens the development phase, where the project is built in silico, with different scenarios. This is during this phase; we get the various authorisations that are required to open the promotion part. Here, we also lock the budget for building the project.

Selling on plans

With the bank on our sides, we can now propose the product to new acquirers with a term sheet for the specifications of each lots, as well as a proposed timeline. This phase is crucial as a min. of committed term sheets are required to start the construction.

Let’s Build.

We now have everything to start the construction, and the team is booked to start. The planning is communicated to the whole stakeholders and the operational phase is followed up till the first delivery of the lots.
